On more than one occassion I have attended hearings with my union representative. However , I came to realise the importance of Identifying elements to support your case , as well as advocating for yourself. Understandably this can be an overwhelming experience. This has inspired me to create this site. A safe space , none judgemental where you can contact me and discuss your case.
